Do you charge upfront broker or application fees?

No. There are no upfront broker or application fees to review your scenario, collect quotes, or schedule your consultation. If a lender charges third‑party costs (appraisal, title, etc.) those will be clearly disclosed by the lender before you move forward.

What credit score and experience do I need?

We work with a range of borrowers and operators. For investor loans and co‑living DSCR, 620+ FICO is often the starting point, with better pricing above 680–700. For business funding, revenue, time in business, and industry all matter. If you’re outside the box, still submit—part of the free consult is exploring what’s realistically available now versus after some cleanup.

How long does it take to receive terms?

For clean, well-documented deals, we can usually present soft quotes or term ranges within 48–72 business hours. Final approvals depend on appraisal, title, and lender underwriting, but our role is to set expectations and keep the file moving.

Can I submit multiple deals or businesses?

Yes. On your form, you can note that you have multiple properties or entities. During the consultation we’ll map out a funding sequence so you’re not over‑leveraging or creating conflicts between lenders.
